Finance Executive (Bukit Minyak)
Job Description :
- Accounts Receivable and Credit Management
- Issue sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes, and submit e-invoices via the E-System in a timely manner.
- Check and monitor submitted sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes to ensure compliance with e-invoicing requirements.
- Distribute e-invoices, debit/credit notes, statements of accounts to customers promptly.
- Maintain and update the Accounts Receivable ledger and manage customer credit limits.
- Monitor and update credit insurance limit for Account Receivable.
- Record and update daily collections from customers accurately.
- Monitor overdue accounts and actively follow up on collections to support cash flow requirements.
- Prepare monthly AR aging reports, debtor collection status reports, and credit control updates for internal use and HQ submission.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service departments on credit control issues, disputes, goods return, and interest charges.
- Financial Reporting and HQ Compliance
- Prepare and submit scheduled AR reports in compliance with HQ financial reporting requirements, including:
- HQ Aging Report
- HQ Credit Limit Control Report(E-system)
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and reporting deadlines.
- Cash and Petty Cash Handling
- Manage petty cash transactions in line with company policy, including reconciliations and preparation of monthly summary reports.
- Fixed Asset Register (FAR) Maintenance
- Maintain an up-to-date Fixed Asset Register, including all additions, disposals, transfers, and adjustments.
- Record new fixed assets upon acquisition and ensure accurate classification (e.g., machinery, equipment, vehicles, buildings).
- Assign asset codes and track asset locations, responsible departments, and custodian details.
- Ensure asset capitalization complies with accounting policies (e.g., capitalization thresholds, useful lives, residual values).
- Scarp Sales
- Monitor sales of scrap to ensure follow company policy.
- Month-End Closing
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing entries related to AR and cash activities.
- Participate in monthly stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries for prepayments, accruals, depreciation, payroll, and other relevant adjustments.
- System and Data Maintenance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the financial system.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support financial integrity and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with the Sales, Production Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate billing aligned with delivery and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Logistics to ensure shipping, forwarding, and storage charges are properly accrued.
- Escalate unresolved AR issues or account disputes that may affect revenue recognition or production planning.
- Provide financial support and insight to other departments as needed.
- Ad-Hoc Duties
- Undertake other responsibilities and assignments as delegated by the immediate superior or management.
Requirement / Skills :
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of working experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong understanding of AR processes and internal control procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage large data sets and generate reports.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.

Production Manager (Beranang)
Job Description :
- Overall responsible for the operations and control of Production, Store, Logistic & Maintenance department.
- Direct and co-ordinate the activities of production functions by maximizing output within the defined quality levels and forecast requirements at a minimum cost through effective utilization of resources.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in Production, Store, Logistic & Maintenance department.
- Delegate and organize departmental directions and works according to departmental KPI.
- Responsible over the work safety, fire and environmental protection and adhere to all relevant safety, Health & Environment norms regulations and requirements.
- Ensuring other regulations on production operations and environmental factors are adhered to.
- Close cooperation within relevant departments to meet department & company goals and objectives.

- To carry out the duties as in door sales support personnel by preparing relevant in house documents like Specification Requirement Form, Sales Order, Stock Inquiry, Delivery Instruction, etc.
- To handle combination calculation as to fulfil customers’ orders with minimize scrap and keep stock at satisfactory level.
- Weekly housekeeping for outstanding sales order for small quantity and close the order manually, if necessary.
- To update outstanding sales order on weekly basis and follow up with customer for delivery requirement.
- Regularly monitoring stock level.
- To carry out other duties in relates to indoor sales support which may assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Responsibilities :-
- Coordinate and monitor the shipment process from beginning (received email/inform by procurement to the end delivery status)
- Shipment process which basically consist of import and export.
- Monitor/coordinate/checking the import shipment which are including shipping document/monthly billing checking/shipment record update/billing record update.
- To liaise with forwarder if any occur/custom query/expedite shipment if request to.
- Responsible to manage and filling shipping document for recording and tracking purpose.
- Responsible for the related duty table practice such as liaise with finance on the issuance of duty paid.

- Develop quality system requirements for new and/or modified product as required.
- Manage internal quality audit system and document control system.

- Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
- Review / prepare administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational Procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer’s surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practice and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.

FINANCE MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:-
- Prepare financial reports for management’s review of monthly financial results, annual budget and other financial analyses as required by top management.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Finance Department, including month-end and year-end period closing, inventories control, account payables and receivables and general ledger.
- Oversee and manage company banking facilities and operational transactions.
- Responsible for cash flow management; company fixed assets management ; credit control management and trade credit insurance related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all MFRS and relevant accounting standards.
- Enforce Company’s finance policies and procedures.
- Developing financial performance measures that support organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goal and objective.
- Liaison with auditors on interim and year-end statutory audits and other ad-hoc exercises.
- Performance tax plan, computation, and deal with tax agents for all tax matters.
- Liaise with bankers, lawyers, other external consultants and government authorities as and when necessary.
- Initiate process improvement to enhance administrative and developmental operations. Participate and support any ad-hoc functions and related tasks when required.
Requirement : –
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, with a professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA). Prefer a member of MIA.
- At least 6 years of working experience in a similar field, with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
